He works closely with owners and investors to evaluate acquisitions, guide sales decisions, and align properties for long-term performance. Jason oversees partnerships, marketing, and the real estate division, shaping Breezy’s direction while keeping hospitality at the core.

Michael oversees all day-to-day operations across the Breezy portfolio, including maintenance coordination, vendor management, and internal systems. He leads the operations division and designs the processes and automations that allow Breezy to scale efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and control. If there’s a better way to run something, Michael will find it — and build it.

Chelsea supports operations across the Breezy portfolio, covering both Ocean and Monmouth County. She helps keep workflows organized, issues moving, and properties operating smoothly day to day.

Field Operations Manager | Ocean County

Laura leads field operations for the Ocean County division and is the boots-on-the-ground backbone of Breezy. She oversees daily property needs, works directly with guests when needed, and ensures on-site standards are consistently met.

Our virtual assistants are an integral part of our operations - handling the details, staying organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Many of them work late nights and early mornings to stay in sync with our team and our clients. That level of commitment allows us to move faster, stay responsive, and deliver consistent experiences at scale. While you may not see them, their impact is felt in everything we do.
