This past summer, Breezy Beach Stays hosted our very first “Best Vacation Rental Contest” and it far exceeded our expectations! This was a fun way to highlight some of the best rental properties along the coast from Seaside Park to Point Pleasant. Fifteen Airbnb rental properties were nominated, showcasing everything from cozy cottages to luxurious beach houses. One rental that was nominated even had a 200 lb pet pig! At the conclusion of the contest, over 600 people cast their votes, crowning the Mermaid House as the top voted rental property. The Mermaid House was awarded a beach-themed plaque and a $500 cash prize! Additionally, a randomly selected voter won a $700 gift package filled with gift cards from our amazing sponsors: Casino Pier, Breezy Beach Stays, Ohana Tiki Bar, Mystic Lobster, and Burger 25.
