Guests will have access to the entire upstairs unit and access to parking on site.

Other Details to Note

• No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
• Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adults must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the stay, the occupants will be removed without refund.
• A single flight of stairs is required to access the main entrance.
• As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking.
• A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
• This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. There may be resident’s living below during your stay.
