This is one of the newest homes on the island, 1,800 sq ft over three stories, with a full rooftop deck made for sunset drinks and slow mornings with coffee.

Sufficient vehicle parking on site. Several local bike rental shops nearby if alternate methods of transportation is desired.
Good to know:
This is a family and couples friendly home, so no parties or large gatherings, and we don't host prom or graduation groups. The booking guest needs to be 25 or older and stay for the full reservation. There's one flight of stairs to reach the main living level, so keep that in mind if stairs are tough for anyone in your group. Dogs are welcome, we just ask that you check with us first if yours might be considered an aggressive breed per our insurance. A $85 charge applies for any lost beach badge.
