This unit is located on the lower level. There’s a second staircase behind the main one—please use that to access the lower level.
There is no on-site parking for this unit. Guests will need to find free street parking nearby, as the driveway is designated for the upstairs unit.
Please note that the backyard and pool area are reserved exclusively for the upstairs guests. However, you’re welcome to use the outdoor seating area located on the right side of the house.
During your stay I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.
***Please be mindful that this is the lower level of a two family dwelling. There may be other guests staying above you during your stay so please be mindful and considerate of your neighbors. You will have access to the lower level unit and side yard. However, the driveway backyard and pool is reserved for the upstairs unit.
*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
*** A small flight of stairs is required to access the front door. Please take this into consideration if you or anyone in your group have trouble climbing stairs
*** Pets are not permitted
*** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
