Welcome to your Seaside Heights retreat! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a comfortable space for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing stay. The property includes one driveway spot, a bit small so please avoid parking that blocks the sidewalk.
Inside, you'll find a bright living area, a dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The home provides fresh linens and towels for your convenience.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor shower, as well as a pool, grill, and bathroom located in the outdoor courtyard. The courtyard is easily accessible via the passthrough breezeway.
Whether you’re visiting for a quick weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is set up to make your Seaside Heights experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Guests will have access to the entire beach house including the garage.

Located in the heart of Seaside Heights, this home is just minutes from the beach and famous boardwalk, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, entertainment, and local attractions. The area offers a fun coastal atmosphere perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the Jersey Shore experience.
Most attractions, including the beach and boardwalk, are within walking distance. Guests can easily get around on foot, by bike, or by car, with ride-share services like Uber and Lyft also available nearby.
*** A stair lift is available for guest use, providing access from the ground level to the main living area, including the kitchen, and main-level amenities. Please note that the property is not completely step-free. The most accessible bedroom is located on the garage level and requires approximately 3 steps to access. One key for the lift is located on the hook by the front door.
*** The property includes 2 parking passes (any street parking, including metered spots aside from the end caps of the street on Ocean Terrace).
*** Parking on Kearny Ave from April-October is metered on the beach block and 100 block, cross over central to the 200 block for free parking all year 'round. Alternatively, the parking lot located at Bay Blvd and Sumner has free overflow parking for storing additional vehicles that do not fit on property.
*** Kind reminder: Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or anywhere on the property. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh and comfortable for everyone.
*** No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
