Guests will have access to the entire downstairs two bedroom apartment and game room. There is parking on premises for multiple vehicles however parking is shared with the upstairs unit.
I will be available via Airbnb app or by phone throughout your stay. I will check in from time to time via the app, but will not be overbearing to allow you to enjoy your stay. I am also available for any local recommendations (dining, nightlife, recreation, events, etc.)

Please note that due to the layout of this unit, the HVAC fan is located in a utility closet connected to the primary bedroom. When in operation, you may hear it from within the bedroom. This is a normal part of its function. While some guests may not mind the sound, others may find it noticeable. We kindly ask that you consider this before making your booking.
Additionally, this is the downstairs unit of a two family home. Parking is plentiful, but shared with the upstairs guests. Noise, such as footsteps may be heard at times from the upstairs guests.
A separate waiver must be signed after booking before access to the Hot Tub is granted.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
Aggressive dog breeds or dogs with aggressive dispositions are not permitted to stay.
