The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring spacious full-over-full bunk beds, with all linens and bath towels provided for your convenience. Attached to the second bedroom is a charming secondary sitting area, complete with a desk — perfect for remote work or a quiet reading nook.
The true highlight of this home is the game room, where endless fun awaits. Enjoy a collection of exciting arcade-style games that will keep both kids and adults entertained for hours.

Guests will have access to the entire downstairs two bedroom apartment and game room. There is parking on premises for multiple vehicles however parking is shared with the upstairs unit.
I will be available via Airbnb app or by phone throughout your stay. I will check in from time to time via the app, but will not be overbearing to allow you to enjoy your stay. I am also available for any local recommendations (dining, nightlife, recreation, events, etc.)

Biking is another popular option, and there are bike rental spots available. If you're driving, there are public parking lots and street parking near the boardwalk. For nearby trips, local taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Whether you're exploring the town or venturing out to other Jersey Shore spots, Seaside Heights makes it easy to get around.
***No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
*** If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.
*** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking.
