Welcome to our newly built beach house in the heart of Seaside Heights! Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, rides, waterpark and more!
Inside, you'll discover a beautifully designed home with an abundance of character. The ground level features a 1 car garage for extra parking and an outdoor grilling area in the back with a shower rinse off station.
Walk up to the main floor and enjoy an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a covered front deck for outdoor dining or relaxing. The main floor also features a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom.
The second floor features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is attached to the primary bedroom which also features its own private balcony.
The top floor features an additional living area with a wet bar and extra large outdoor deck with perfect views of the ferris wheel, and maybe even a summertime fireworks display.
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor areas. Several small closets are secured for owner use.
