This comfortable upstairs unit is conveniently located near the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, rides, and local attractions, making it an ideal home base for enjoying everything Seaside Heights has to offer.
Guests have full access to Unit 2, a private upstairs unit located at the back of the property, offering a comfortable and peaceful space for your stay. Street parking is available on Grant Ave—please be sure not to block any driveways.
To access the unit, guests will walk around the back of the house and use the rear staircase leading to the private entrance on the second floor. This setup provides added privacy while keeping you close to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions.

Located in the heart of Seaside Heights, this home offers the perfect mix of beachside fun and neighborhood comfort. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance, making it simple to explore without needing to drive. For longer trips, guests can use ride-share services like Uber or Lyft. The property also includes two driveway parking spots for added convenience during your stay.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
