Guests have full access to Unit 2, a private upstairs unit located at the back of the property, offering a comfortable and peaceful space for your stay. Street parking is available on Grant Ave—please be sure not to block any driveways.
To access the unit, guests will walk around the back of the house and use the rear staircase leading to the private entrance on the second floor. This setup provides added privacy while keeping you close to the beach, boardwalk, and local attractions.

Located in the heart of Seaside Heights, this home offers the perfect mix of beachside fun and neighborhood comfort. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, guests can enjoy easy access to restaurants, rides, arcades, shops, and local attractions. The area is lively during the summer season while still offering a relaxing residential setting to unwind after a day by the shore.
Getting around Seaside Heights is easy from this central location. The beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance, making it simple to explore without needing to drive. For longer trips, guests can use ride-share services like Uber or Lyft. The property also includes two driveway parking spots for added convenience during your stay.

*** The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

*** If live TV is desired during your stay, we recommend signing up for a free 10 day trial of youtube TV.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
*** Crib rental is available for $50 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.
