At Seaside Serenity you will relax at your own private Three bedroom apartment. Our home features an open concept living space with a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary supplies. Dining chairs to seat 6 and a living room area with a couch and TV.
Our primary bedroom features a queen bed, nightstand, dresser and closet.
Our second bedroom features a full size bed, closet for storage of personal belongings and a desk with chair that can act as a workspace or makeup station
Our third bedroom features two twin beds, a nightstand and closet.
A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
This unit is a second-floor apartment and requires 1 flight of stairs to access the apartment and 20 stairs total to access the living area. Please keep this in mind when booking.
Guests will have access to the entire second floor apartment of this property. The outdoor spaces are shared between the top and bottom units. Driveway parking is limited to one vehicle, which must be parked on the right side of the driveway.
During your stay, my team and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.
*** The is free, off-street parking for 1 vehicle only. This vehicle must be parked on the right side of the driveway, as the left side is reserved for the downstairs unit.
*** No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

*** The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in.

*** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
*** Crib rental is available for $50 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.
