As you step into our beach house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept fully equipped kitchen, followed by the living room. The entire house has an eclectic vibe making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of sun-soaked adventures.

The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided. Please note, the two bedrooms are attached, but divided by a pocket-door.

A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

During your stay, you will have full access to the entire house. Make yourself at home and enjoy the privacy of your own coastal retreat. You will also have access to the private patio, where you can relax and soak up the sun. You will be given four beach badges to access the Seaside Heights Beach.

I will be available via Airbnb app or by phone throughout your stay. I will check in from time to time via the app, but will not be overbearing to allow you to enjoy your stay. I am also available for any local recommendations (dining, nightlife, recreation, events, etc.)

Our beach house is perfectly situated in the heart of Seaside Heights, offering a prime location to experience all that this iconic beach town has to offer. Just three blocks to the beach, it is about a seven minute walk to all the excitement. The famous boardwalk is lined with amusement rides, arcades, and an array of dining options. Breakwater Beach water park is about a five minute walk from our house.

Of course, the main attraction is the beautiful beach itself. Take a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean or relax under an umbrella, enjoying the sights and sounds of the coastal paradise.

Seaside Heights is also known for its vibrant nightlife, with numerous bars, clubs, and live music venues. Dance the night away, enjoy live entertainment, or simply take a leisurely evening stroll along the boardwalk to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

For those seeking a bit of adventure, nearby attractions include water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. You can also explore Island Beach State Park, a beautiful natural area just a short drive away, offering hiking trails, birdwatching opportunities, and stunning coastal vistas.

The boardwalk and beach is about a seven minute walk, however a car or bike is recommended if you want to explore more. Ubers are easily accessible. There is only street parking available.

There is no off-street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
