Guests will have access to the upper floor unit. Steps are required for access. There is a second dwelling unit above this one. There is also a garage attached to the house that guests will not have access to.

It's a second floor unit so there are a good amount of steps leading up to the main floor.

You may park up to 2 cars side by side in the driveway located off Barnegat Ave for your convenience.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

No Proms/HS graduation groups

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
