This is the bottom floor of a 2 unit house. There is an upstairs unit above this one resulting in the possibility of noise from the neighboring unit.
This is the first-floor unit of a 2-unit home. Outdoor spaces are shared between the top and bottom units.
There is one common entrance for the two units with secondary locked doors for each individual unit once inside.
No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
The outdoor areas are shared spaces with the upstairs unit.
The HVAC system is located in the closet of the primary bedroom. While it operates as expected, you may hear it running at times. This is completely normal, but if you’re particularly sensitive to background sounds, keep this in mind before booking.
