This is the second floor unit of a 2 unit home. Steps are required for access. Outdoor spaces are shared between the top and bottom unit.
There is one common entrance for the two units with secondary locked doors for each individual unit once inside.
No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
The apartment is all on a single floor, however please note that approximately 2 steps are required to access the front door.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
