As you step into our beach house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept fully equipped kitchen and living room.

The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided.

A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Guests who reserve this space will have access to the front house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.

During your stay, my team and I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.

The back yard is a shared space and is not fully fenced in. Dogs may not be left unattended or unleashed in the area.

There is no off-street parking or assigned spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

No Proms/HS graduation groups

The minimum age to book is 24 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire front house on this property. There is another house in the back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

The cottage is all on a single floor; however, please note that approximately 4 steps are required to access the front door.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
