As you step into our beach house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept fully equipped kitchen, followed by the living room. The entire house has an eclectic vibe making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of sun-soaked adventures.
The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided.
A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Guests who reserve this space will have access to the rear house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.
I will be available to communicate through the Airbnb app during your stay.
Seaside Heights is a vibrant beach community within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. There are also plenty of other dining and attractions a short drive away.
Getting around by car is easy. During the summer months, parking becomes more limited but street parking is available and Bay Avenue usually has ample parking for vehicles.
***No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
*** If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however this still requires a single level of stairs to access.
*** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking.
*** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
