Guests who reserve this space will have access to the back house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes a grill and outdoor seating. This space is shared between the front and back unit. You may also use the driveway to park your vehicles.

*** The minimum age to book is 24 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in.
*** This is a second-floor apartment. A flight of steps is required to access the front door. Please keep this in mind when booking.
*** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming login provided.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
