401 Boulevard sits in the heart of Seaside Heights, one block from the beach and the famous Seaside boardwalk. You're a short walk from the rides at Casino Pier and Funtown Pier, the iconic Berkeley Sweet Shoppe, Sawmill Cafe slices, and Three Brothers from Italy. The Park Seaside arcade is two blocks down. The vibe is classic Jersey Shore: ocean breeze, salt air, and the smell of zeppoles. Whether you want a calm beach day or a full boardwalk night, both are at the doorstep.
The boardwalk and beach are a one block walk. Restaurants, bars, and the boardwalk amusements are all within a 10-minute walk. The property includes 2 parking spots on-site, which is rare for the area. The Garden State Parkway is a 5-minute drive (Exit 82). Seaside Heights is very walkable in season, and many guests don't move the car for the whole stay. Ride-share (Uber, Lyft) runs reliably day and night.
