Guests will have access to the entire beach house including the backyard and garage.
During your stay I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.
• No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed.
• Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
• Minimum booking age is 25. The booking adult must stay for the entire reservation and cannot book on behalf of someone else. A photo ID may be required at booking or check-in. If the booking adult is not present, all occupants will be removed without a refund.
• Stairs required. If anyone in your group has difficulty with stairs, this property may not be suitable. While the main level has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, accessing it still requires one flight of stairs.
• No pets allowed.
• Lost beach badges will be charged $85 each.
• EV charging available. A NEMA 14-50 outlet is in the garage, but guests must bring their own compatible charging cable.
