Welcome to Seafin Shores Beachouse…a picture perfect family friendly home at the Jersey Shore!
We are located on the quieter north end of Seaside Heights. Home is a five minute walk to the ocean, boardwalk, bay, children’s playground and outdoor workout park! This is a corner home with natural light throughout and views of the bay, ocean and amusements, including fireworks!
Perfect for families and group getaways, with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and flexible spaces...plenty of room for everyone to gather or spread out! Must be 28+ years old to rent.
THE SPACE
The layout of design for easy group living, with open gathering areas in private spaces across three level levels.
The main floor offers an open concept, kitchen, dining, and living area with plenty of seating, along with a queen bedroom and full bathroom – ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds, a full bath with a tub, and a spacious primary suite with its own balcony.
The top floor includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a flexible sunroom space with a sleeper sofa and access to the rooftop deck – Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or taking in the views!

After the beach, the outdoor shower makes cleanup, quick and easy!
For families traveling with little ones, we also provide a pack and play with extra matches and sheet and baby monitor.
LOCATION: you’ll love being on the quieter north end – close enough to walk to the boardwalk, rides, food, and fun, but tucked away enough to relax when you wanna slow things down.

*** All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
*** If live TV is desired during your stay, we recommend signing up for a free 10 day trial of youtube TV.
*** Please note that beach towels are not provided at this property.
*** We welcome small dogs under 20 lbs only; cats are not permitted.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
*** Portable crib, with extra mattress is available
*** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge.
*** There is a $500 replacement cost for any parking passes not returned upon checkout.
***Pets must be disclosed by adding the number of pets to the reservation upon booking completion. This also ensures an applicable pet fees are applied.
