Guests will have access to the entire beach house including the backyard and garage.
During your stay I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the house. I am also happy to recommend local activities and dining options.
Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however, this still requires a single level of stairs to access.
As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking.
A charge of $75 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
