Located along the peaceful Barnegat Bay, this neighborhood offers a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy quiet waterfront vibes, scenic sunsets, and easy access to local restaurants, cafés, and the lively Seaside Heights boardwalk. It’s a welcoming area ideal for families, couples, and anyone who loves being close to the water.
Everything you need is just minutes away. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and the bayfront promenade, or take a quick drive to the boardwalk and amusement areas. Parking for 2 vehicles makes it easy if you're traveling with multiple cars, and major routes nearby offer simple access to the rest of the Jersey Shore.
*** Minimum age to book is 25. You may not book on behalf of someone else. Booking adult must stay for the duration of the reservation. Photo ID may be required at the time of booking or at check-in for age verification purposes. If the booking adult is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
*** If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living level contains a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, however, this still requires a single level of stairs to access.
*** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking.
*** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape!
*** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge
