Guests who reserve this space will have access to the front house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.

There is no off street parking or assigned spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking.
The cottage is all on a single floor, however please note that approximately 4 steps are required to access the front door.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire front house on this property. There is another house in the back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.
All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
